If data is the new oil, then payments is the super highway allowing for real time transfer of value, in various forms, with data, on an increasingly global basis.  This panel will explore the future of value transfer from a range of different perspectives, addressing questions such as:

  • What are the key innovations, such as digital currencies, that we expect to see in the future and how will they catalyze change?
  • How will the national and global ecosystems evolve and what role will key stakeholders play in accelerating innovation?
  • What does this mean for Canada and what new opportunities will it create?
